With 5,000 acres of pristine New Zealand bush on our private ranch, plus access to an additional 20,000 acres, your ideal hunting adventure awaits. Our hunts are challenging yet achievable, with guaranteed trophy animals for the skilled hunter. Our spot-and-stalk hunts offer access to New Zealand’s renowned fallow deer as well as other species. From start to finish, our dedicated team will handle every detail, including delivering your trophies to the taxidermist, assisting with the expedition and exportation of finished mounts, and managing the logistics of trophy export. We also offer the option to import rifles or provide them for you at no extra charge. This is a fully supported hunting experience, ensuring that every aspect of your adventure is seamless and memorable. Hunt Fallow Deer in New Zealand on this 4-night, 5-day adventure. Includes meals and lodging. This is a smaller operation, 1-2 hunters per camp so you are sure to get a personal experience. Bring a guest along as there is plenty of activities/site seeing to do in the area.

Deposits are not refundable. When you make a deposit or payment that money is used to reserve your adventure dates and we cannot sell them to anyone else. If for some reason you have to cancel, you will lose your deposit and any payments you have made. If you are concerned that you might get sick or otherwise have to cancel, we suggest buying trip insurance. There are insurance companies that specialize in providing insurance policies for outfitter bookings and hunts. One such company we recommend is globalrescue.com. It is also our policy, depending on the adventure you booked and at our discretion, that if you have to cancel and we are able to book a replacement for you at the regular price we will work with you to apply your deposits to another adventure. Please note that we cannot refund or roll state or government license fees, application fees, draw results, or tags.

Hunter should be prepared to do some moderate hiking. This is a spot and stalk hunt. Better physical condition will provide better shot opportunity. Outfitter can accommodate any physical ability.


Transportation (To/From Basecamp)

Transitional airport: Auckland Final Destination airport: Blenheim Transfers to and from Blenheim at the beginning and end of your hunt. Field transportation is provided. We utilize a Honda Side-by-Side for field transport.

Description

Full gear list and gear consultation will be provided by Rolling Bones Outdoors as part of your Adventure Journey. Time of year and the animals being targeted will ultimately determine the gear you’ll need. Be sure that all your gear is either new or thoroughly clean on arrival into New Zealand. Customs in New Zealand are very strict on outdoor equipment and will want to view any items that may have organic material on them, especially boots.
